Terms & Conditions
- Visit and inspection charges are as stated above; repair charges are quoted after inspection and need your approval.
- Cancellation / rescheduling: free of charge if you inform us before the technician is dispatched. Please call us as early as possible. Once the technician has visited, the visit charge applies as described in the Refund Policy.
- Refunds: as described in the Refund Policy.
- Spare parts, if replaced, are charged separately.
- Service warranty: 90 to 360 days from the date of service, depending on the type of repair. It covers the same fault returning on the work we carried out, and does not cover new faults, physical or water damage, or repairs attempted by others after our visit.
- Service availability depends on your location and technician availability.
